Our Double Gold winner at the SF Chronicle Wine Competition exudes rich layers of vanilla cream, blackberry, and cedar to suggest a buttery cinnamon danish. And we’re just talking about the aroma! On the palate, cinnamon spice and sweet oak character kicks into high gear, and the vanilla deepens to vanilla bean. The inaugural vintage of our Firepit Cabernet Sauvignon features plump, spicy tannins, silty texture and bright acidity, all hallmarks of the Firepit style, which seeks to create juicy, luscious, bold reds. This wine needs no further aging to enjoy now and can be cellared through the decade.
